  • The terminal will connect crude oil pipelines to waterfront storage, providing a critical link in the Texas distribution chain for worldwide export.
  • Two deep-water ship docks for loading crude oil, with potential to add a third dock
  • 3-5 million barrels of tank capacity, with potential to grow to over 10 million barrels
  • Deep water, high volume marine export terminal; state-of-the-art emissions control equipment
  • In addition to the significant capital investment, the project will create over 20 full time positions and hundreds of construction jobs
